Overarching Need as identified in CNA Section 3.2 *	To improve student engagement learning experiences that result in successful student achievement, progress, and literacy readiness outcomes
Root Cause # 1 *	Effective and consistent implementation of standards based instructional framework with rigorous learning expectations
Root Cause # 2 *	Effective and consistent implementation of strong classroom cultures that maximize instruction and provide safe learning environments where students can take risks
Goal *	To increase the percentage of students scoring developing or higher in Algebra I on the end of course test from 0% to 45% at the end of 2024-2025 school year.

Root Cause # 1 *	Effective and consistent implementation of PLC and data team framework practices
Root Cause # 2 *	Effective monitoring of PLC's and collaborative teams with focus on next step implementation of instruction/intervention student supports
Goal *	To increase the 2024 4 year cohort graduation rate percentage from 79% to 90% for the year 2025.

Root Cause # 1 *	Discipline incidents disrupt the learning environment for all and may lead to removal from the learning environment = lost instructional time
Root Cause # 2 *	Effective and consistent implementation of schoolwide practices and processes that maximize instruction and provide relevant experiences for students
Root Cause # 3 *	Effective monitoring and adjustment of schoolwide practices and processes
Root Cause # 4 *	Student lack of attendance impacts engagement and content mastery
Goal *	To decrease the percentage of students absent 10 or more days from 49.86% to 45% and to increase the weighted suspension rate from 69% to 80% in the 2024-2025 school year.
