Counseling Program

In keeping with the goal of SCCPSS School Counseling Department, The WFHS Counseling & Student Service Department will provide comprehensive school counseling services to students.  We will work to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of students by providing a variety of services which include:

• Providing short-term individual and small group counseling services to students

• Consulting and collaborating with school staff and other community stakeholders to provide lessons and resources to meet the developmental needs of students.

• Exposing students to career and post-secondary options

• Assisting students with transitions to high school, and post-secondary options.

• Complete the requirements of the BRIDGE Law with students. 

• Reviewing academic records to include but not limited to report cards, transcripts, test scores, etc.

• CAREER/POST SECONDARY OPTIONS SUPPORT
